Dispatchers are trained to assist you in the fastest and safest manner possible. In accordance with the protocols, they may ask you to repeat your address and phone number to make sure it is entered into the system correctly.

Emergency Dispatchers are trained to follow protocols with a predetermined set of questions. Based on the answers you provide, the Dispatcher will be able to determine the best response and possible pre-arrival care/instructions for you.

The Bayside Communications Center utilizes Emergency Medical Dispatching protocols to better serve you. The protocols guide Dispatchers through a series of questions which assist in determining the best response while also providing you with pre-arrival medical instructions if they are needed.
