The Board of Zoning Appeals is a nonjudicial panel called to hear resident concerns on any matter they felt was handled unlawfully or unfairly by the village. The board will hear appeals and grant variances or special exceptions, or uphold the decision of village administration, as it deems necessary and appropriate within the provisions of the village code.
