The Building Services Department can assist you when you begin a home or commercial project. Apply for a permit before starting a building, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC project. If you have questions regarding what projects require a permit or if your project needs to go before the Architectural Review Committee, the Building Services Department can help.
Inspection services are contracted through SAFEBuilt, Inc. Contact SAFEBuilt, Inc. via phone at (262) 420-4732 or via email, or the Building Services Department if you have questions regarding zoning & code compliance.
